To enhance our scheduling efficiency and ensure that we can accommodate all our clients, we are implementing a new policy regarding lesson scheduling.  Due to the recent increase in las minute cancellations and no-shows, we would like to inform you that effective immediately, we will require customers to provide credit card information at the time of scheduling.  This information will only be used in the event of last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours of scheduled lesson) or no-shows.  In the event of a last-minute cancellation or no show, you will be charged the full amount of a lesson ($70).  This information will secure your spot and help us manage our schedule and accommodate other clients who may be waiting for a lesson.  We understand that this may be an adjustment, and we appreciate your understanding as we make this change.
