*You must send copy of picture permit to diehrsdriving@gmail.com in order to receive zoom link.

*Zoom link will not be sent until day of class (about an 1 1/2 before class starts) If you do not receive the email by that time please call us!

*If you are having issues, contact us so that we can assist you.

*Sign in as soon as possible! To make sure your camera and audio are working, as well as allow for any updates to your zoom.

*If you wait until the last minute we may not be able to help you.

*We will not be allowing anyone into the class once it starts, no exception.

*It is your responsibility to show up on time!

If you do not show up on time, you will be considered a no show, please read our refund policy!

*You cannot take the class in a car!  If you do then you may have to reschedule and repay.

To enhance our scheduling efficiency and ensure that we can accommodate all our clients, we are implementing a new policy regarding lesson scheduling.  Due to the recent increase in last minute cancellations and no-shows, we would like to inform you that effective immediately, we will require customers to provide credit card information at the time of scheduling.  This information will only be used in the event of last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours of scheduled lesson) or no-shows.  In the event of a last-minute cancellation or no show, you will be charged the full amount of a lesson ($70).  This information will secure your spot and help us manage our schedule and accommodate other clients who may be waiting for a lesson.  We understand that this may be an adjustment, and we appreciate your understanding as we make this change.
