If you do not cancel appointment within 24 hours of the service or are a no-show, you will be charged full amount of the service (as per DMV regulations Part 76.8 sub section D.) Registration for the 5 hour-course is not considered complete until all required information, including a photo of your valid NYS picture permit has been submitted.  If you do not submit a photo of your permit by the required deadline your registration will be considered incomplete and will be classified as a no-show. Any fees associated with a no-show will apply.  It is the participants responsibility to ensure to all required registration materials are submitted prior to the deadline.
